| BigOrangeTitan 2007-07-26 12:56:45 Rosa Parks was employed as a seamstress by Cliff and Virginia Durr two of Montgomery's leading White Liberals. She also trained in civil disobedience at the Highlander School in Tennessee (run by Miles Horton) shortly before her refusal to give up her seat on that bus. So it may not have been as spontaneous as we've been taught but it still took a lot of courage. __________________________________________________ | |
