bcnsco ::: Favorites 2007-12-07 04:11:59 Fair enough I thought they were previously the 3rd party. Neck and neck with the tories in Scotland isnt great though eh? __________________________________________________
Jamandell ::: Favorites 2007-12-05 11:14:30 Haha, you should at least not try to mess with the facts! They were in 4th place behind the Tories after the 1999 and 2003 election too! They haven't fallen at all. __________________________________________________
bcnsco ::: Favorites 2007-12-05 10:24:19 Not wiped out but pretty close to it. They went from a party in coalition in the Scottish parliament to the 4th party in the parliament behind the Tories! __________________________________________________
mcwhin ::: Favorites 2007-12-01 16:42:29 Personally, if you are putting forward a question, to the Lib Dem leadership election, surely it should be how would the new leader propose to take the party from a back bench 3rd body to a main opposition front runner. It seems to me that since the fall of Charles Kennedy the party has lost much of it's credibility in UK politics. So the leader that you will be electing now, should be the one who will win a higher majority in the next general election. __________________________________________________
PropagandaBuster ::: Favorites 2007-11-25 17:29:46 That is one of the many differences between you and me, respect. President Bush does poke humor at the way he speaks, but does he cover up his face with posted-notes to adhere to political correctness to gain approval of his peers? __________________________________________________
Jamandell ::: Favorites 2007-11-25 15:24:06 Christ get a sense of humour, even Bush himself has made fun of his bad English. And that is what the poster is about. Feel free to get a poster making fun of Thatcher, Blair or Brown, I won't give a damn. __________________________________________________
PropagandaBuster ::: Favorites 2007-11-24 20:22:14 It is rather ironic to see a poster in the UK poking fun of a US President. While in the US we have no posters of disrespect of UK Prime Ministers. Then you Europeans always accuse Americans of being rude. Remember, we did not vote Prime Minster Winston Churchill out of office after he help free the world of tyranny. __________________________________________________
jamesrap2007 ::: Favorites 2007-11-23 04:51:47 westcot try starting your own party if you think you can do it better. __________________________________________________
Westcott11 ::: Favorites 2007-11-22 06:00:16 Proportional representation is a little annoying for me because it does bring all these underdeveloped parties in like the SSP and the Greens. Only reason I got annoyed at that is because the SSP did some damaged to the SNP all those years ago. __________________________________________________
jmorrison230582 ::: Favorites 2007-11-20 14:10:24 LDs lost 246 councillors in England (1/10 of the previous total) in May. That's a terrible performance for an opposition party in mid-term. __________________________________________________
Jamandell ::: Favorites 2007-11-18 09:34:39 Yeah sure. Last time I checked we weren't wiped out in the 2007 elections which was after Kennedy resigned. __________________________________________________
jmorrison230582 ::: Favorites 2007-11-18 08:41:02 The Lib Dems are going to get wiped out at the next election, rendering your question irrelevant. The way they treated Charles Kennedy was disgraceful. I'm saying this as someone who has voted both SNP and Lib Dem in the recent past. __________________________________________________
Mikani1 ::: Favorites 2007-11-17 10:52:38 It's funny ! __________________________________________________
Jamandell ::: Favorites 2007-11-17 08:45:39 It's a poster, with funny quotes he said. Don't worry it's not a poster supporting him :) __________________________________________________
Mikani1 ::: Favorites 2007-11-17 05:33:29 Is it an card of Bush on the wall ? __________________________________________________ |
