In 1 Cor. 14 Paul was referring to women asking questions, but that doesnt change 1 Tim. 2. Titus 2:2-5 shows what a woman should teach; tie that in with 1Peter 3:1, Peter says those who dont obey the word may be won by the conversation of the wives without the word. __________________________________________________ | |

Read down to v.16 and u will see Peter referring to that very Prophecy in Joel 2. He even went on to quote that very scripture in v.17-21. We all also have to realize that prophesying means to tell a coming event, not preach.
