thanks again simdal. ive made some fuse with cotten sting, and it worked like a dream! The string i used before was all hairy and the paste just stuck to the hairs and fell off :(

where i live i couldent find the right matches for the fuse but i found out how to make a fuse with any kind of matches click on my name to see my fuse.

You can use both cotton and wool.. it depends on what kind of matches you're using. Some are made of different materials than others. Most matches don't contain sulfur anymore either
