RUSHFANN1 2007-12-27 19:39:44 Billy Gibbons of ZZ TOP is obviously a much more skilled guitarist. They both fused hard rock and blues together in one powerful tight package, but just in different formats. Both are fabulous and quite Unique __________________________________________________
RUSHFANN1 2007-12-27 19:38:09 But even if you Listen to his Earlier concerts, His Guitar setup NEVER sounded anything like this !!! This was a 1 Nite only set up. Ive heard him in Concert either in Person and CD Tons of times and He never had this same Fuzzy 'grungy' Tone ! This to me, is clearly His Best sound. Its sad he only used this equipment 1 nite only ; ( __________________________________________________
tazzboy77 2007-12-22 16:47:36 Yeah he now uses Mesa Boogie Triaxis Preamps and Mesa Boogie 2:100 Power amps. __________________________________________________
