englishtamil ::: Favorites It depends, if you like your spinach half-cooked you don't have to microwave it. Alternatively, you can let the spinach fry a little longer in the pan if you want it cooked well. Microwaving basically saves sometime and makes chopping a little easier, nothing more to it. 07-04-07 18:46:15 __________________________________________________
rathikasongs ::: Favorites looks delicious. if we use chopped spinach, do we need to microwave it? thanks 07-04-07 17:42:34 __________________________________________________
englishtamil ::: Favorites That's great to know. I'm so pleased. Yeah, frying garlic in oil reduces the raw acidic flavour that a lot of people don't like. Adding garlic in the end doesn't let garlic's flavour mix so well with the main ingredients and it remains crunchy. It's always fun to try to new methods :)). 07-03-15 12:51:16 __________________________________________________
sura714 ::: Favorites i really love them, ist quick easy and entertaining :D my parents already wonder where i learned cooking. it is very different from their cooking. e.g. you put the garlic in first, and they use do that at the end... it gives a totally different flavor. 07-03-06 16:42:37 __________________________________________________
