SpartanHippeis ::: Favorites hey did you read a book named Rome and Greece at war? Yeah a 15m high hill they retreated to. 07-10-28 08:05:11 __________________________________________________
Alkrant ::: Favorites Leonidas was actually killed during the fighting, the greeks and persians fought over it four times until the Greeks gained pocession. The remaining greeks died on a hill where they were shot by the Persians. 07-10-27 18:32:11 __________________________________________________
penshi ::: Favorites I like this kind of movies a lot, but i imagine it's impossible to find out what really happened at the Thermopylae. After 2500 years the facts are mixed up with fiction. There's always a difference between what really happened and the stories that are told afterwards. I think keeping together the Greek cohesion was the main idea behind the "reports" spread shortly after the battle. It's only afterwards these reports became "facts" and "history" as we know it today. 07-10-08 08:38:29 __________________________________________________
SSYarnu ::: Favorites Spartans were great warriors no doubt but if they had to use guns they would commit suicide :D 07-09-21 05:53:50 __________________________________________________
JakeTKD ::: Favorites Exactly, persian cowards, not that they have upped their game at all, now they just hide in civilian homes with their bombs, and use woman and children as human sheilds. 07-09-20 13:23:23 __________________________________________________
1337tim ::: Favorites he was killed by arrows if u do a little study, every kind of book from every view says it. But remember, hoplite armor and their huge shields and helmets practicly blocked all arrrow penetration... They were killed if im right, surrounding the body of the leader who was already shot with arrows and dieing. 07-09-13 18:01:08 __________________________________________________
